The U.K. prices quoted are for first class postage, and are intended as a guide. Please note that programmes from the modern era (after 1990) and specials are normally larger and therefore cost more to post, so please allow extra when ordering these. Any excess postage will naturally be refunded.
EUROPE & REST OF THE WORLD Rates to Europe are approximately 50% extra and to the rest of the world approximately double.
COMPLETED ORDERS Over £150.00 will be despatched post free (applicable to U.K. customers only).
DELIVERY Orders are dealt with in a strict chronological order and will be despatched within a maximum of 21 days. If for any reason your order is likely to be delayed for longer than this you will be notified by either post or telephone.
PAYMENT I accept postal orders or cheques (made payable to DICK RATTRAY FOOTBALL PROGRAMMES). please do not send cash. If possible please leave the amount on your cheque blank. I will then fill in the correct amount and notify you of the total. You can mark your cheque ‘amount not to exceed £....’ Please use unused postage stamps or postal orders for orders under £2.50.

OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS (inc EIRE) Please note that the only acceptable methods of payment are by either International Giro or a Bank Draft drawn in U.K. Pounds Sterling. Euros are acceptable, but are sent at your own risk - registered post is recommended for this method of payment.
